Certified in Human Dynamics™ Facilitation, Jayne brings to meetings of all sizes and types a clear focus, lighthearted energy and a track record for guiding groups to reach their desired outcomes with tangible results.

Meeting Design

Jayne approaches meeting design by helping her clients create a vision of what will be accomplished when the meeting is complete. With this end in mind, the meeting design is created to offer key learning’s and maximize participant involvement. When a meeting flows well, its success is the direct result of the time, energy and focus put into the design prior to the start of the meeting.

Meeting Facilitation

In a non-intrusive style that allows the natural elements of the group to emerge, Jayne guides participants to stay focused on the end result. Observing and listening to both verbal and non-verbal cues, and respectful of the varying styles and personalities that comprise the group dynamics, she fashions a supportive environment that encourages contribution by all participants. In this way, she provides the necessary components to ensure a productive and successful meeting.
